EQUINE SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY 

First treatment/session £45 (approximately 1.5-2 hours).

The first time I come to see you and your horse a detailed history will be taken about past and present issues, tack, workload etc. I will also assess the horses movement in hand and under saddle (if necessary) and will check the fit of your tack (if required).
The actual massage treatment usually takes about 1 hour depending on what issues are found. Notes will then be written up and follow up advice will be given.

Follow-up treatments/sessions £35 per treatment/session (approximately 1hour)

Every Sports Massage treatment covers the WHOLE of the horse (unlike many other therapies which often work on only one part of the body). Sports Massage is a holistic therapy and I never treat one part in isolation. Throughout the horses body, all the muscles work in groups and dysfunction in one area can have a knock on effect in other areas. This is why it is important to treat the whole horse, every time and why it can take an hour for the treatment alone.

SADDLE FITTING

Call out- Saddle fitting/refitting (your own saddle or one of mine) £35 per visit
Width adjustment extra £5
On-site flock adjustment extra £5 - £20 depending on amount needed
Repairs - please ask as they are all different depending on amount of work involved

All horses get a FREE back check with all saddle services.

New saddle sales - when purchasing a new Saddle Company saddle, two visits are required. One to measure up and take the order and one to bring and ft the saddle. These visits are £35 each. Some Saddle Company ftters don't charge for these visits but instead put the cost onto the price of the saddle, so do compare our prices!

Travel charges are charged per visit, not per horse, so if you can find someone else on your yard to have a treatment at the same time, you can share the travel fee.

NOTE: Under the 1966 Veterinary Surgeons Act, permission from your vet is required before I can treat your horse/pony.
